    Fall Ball on Long Island this weekend, Wounded Warriors Tournament at SUNY Farmingdale. October 9. 2011. Here's the Comp Farmingdale, NYIT, C.W. Post, Dowling, Adelphi, Briarcliffe, Western and Eastern Conn. and Nassau CC. Looks like its going be a wild one this weekend. Briarcliffe representing the MCLA DII against pretty much the powerhouse schools of the NCAA D2.

    Briarcliffe College represented the MCLA very well today against the powerhouses of NCAA DII, DII and JUCO. I was only able to catch a couple of games, but the ones i saw they looked very good, fast and intense. A very well coached team. Congrats to Briarcliffe on a good showing today.

    That win vs NCC is impressive as is the close game with Farmingdale and not getting blown out by NYIT is rad as well. Good showing by BC!

    For Briarcliffe to score 3 goals on and only let in 11 against on one of the top tier teams in DII is pretty impressive. Yes it might seem like a blow out to you, but then again you might not know the history of DII teams out on Long Island. Overall for a MCLA DII team not to get blown out 20-0, that 11-3 feat is pretty good lost.

    i used to play in ny and scrimmaged against nyt, so i know the deal
