  • nice. I got some and will be doing a full review either this week or next!
Also doing a ninja traditional string job! WAXED LEATHERS!

  • Reply to @ConnorWilsonLAS: I'm looking forward to that too. I Vaseline my leathers, but would love to know about what waxing does.
  • Reply to @ConnorWilsonLAS: Waxed leathers? That's part of my leather break-in process. I've been using bees-wax based boot wax and/or baseball-glove wax. Soak in hot water, stretch four times, dry, apply wax, dry, remove excess wax, apply wax, dry, remove excess wax, and then string.

@Thrillhouse - wax for waterproofing your leathers (not perfect but better than nothing).

  • Looking forward to the review. I'm about to invest in completely new set-up and I'm curious.

How does this stuff compare to Marc Mesh? I find that MM is especially inconsistent, resulting in an especially deep pocket on my proton power. Do you have the same issue with your clutch?

  • I had the same issue with MM, it would be all over the place. Ninja is by far the most consistent mesh I have ever used, much more than Jima.

  • It is very consistent. It has a REALLY quick break in time, but it doesn't result in an illegal pocket.

  • Does any of the ninga mesh have larger diamonds? (Not like the 6 diamond, but 10 diamond with larger diamonds, like 20 MM marc mesh or the large diamond mesh from stringers shack.)
  • Reply to @Thrillhouse: They're working on it.

  • Ninja mesh is like a glove when you don't want the ball coming out, but the ball comes out perfect when you do
  • I have not given Ninja mesh a go quite yet, but after your review and sweet pics, I might have to string up one my Lakota's and see this sticky mesh.
